Tuna Melt Sandwich

Yes, you can have an old-fashioned tuna melt if you are living a dairy-free, gluten-free and whole-foods lifestyle!  Here’s how!  Caution…lip smacking and moaning may ensue!

Tuna Melt Sandwich

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Mix the tuna, Vegenaise, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and sea salt together in a small bowl.

  • Scoop the tuna mixture on top of the bread and sprinkle with cheese.

  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees Farenheit until cheese is melty and sandwich is heated through.

    I didn’t know there was low-mercury tuna available for sale. With all the heavy metal cleanses I’ve done in the past I prefer stay clear of heavy metals in my enviornement and food as much as possible.
