Simple Raw Red Pepper Garlic Soup

I love this raw red pepper garlic soup because it is simple, delicious and nourishing.  It is ready to eat in less than 2 minutes!  Now this is how fast food was meant to be!

Simple Raw Red Pepper Garlic Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic red pepper, de-stemmed and de-seeded

  • 1 small organic garlic clove, peeled

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1/2 cup light canned coconut milk, warmed

  • 1 – 2 pinches cayenne pepper

  • 1- 2 pinches cumin powder

  • 1 – 2 pinches turmeric powder

  • 1 – 2 pinches sea salt

  • 1 – 2 pinches black pepper

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients in high-power blender until smooth.

  • Serve.
