Orange Sherbet Push-Up-Pop Shake

This shake reminds me of those old-fashioned sherbet push-up-pops sans the artificial crapstorm!  Give your kids this homemade version to support their physical growth, healthy mind and happy mood!

This is absolutely refreshing, rich and delicious!  It’s almost too good to be true…but it is!!!

  • Blend all ingredients in high-power blender until smooth and creamy.

  • Serve.

  • Yields 2 servings.

The Popsicle Pop Ups picture below probably brings back a lot of memories for you.  When I was a kid we would purchase ours from the local Schwann’s delivery man.

If you note the ingredients listed below in this sugar-laden and chemically-induced “treat” I bet you’d be willing to give our homemade recipe a chance…trust me…it will not let you down!

Takes me back to my childhood. We would have sherbet floats on Sunday nights. Graduations we had a large punch bowl, full of different flavors of sherbet. Pour 7-UP over the sherbet. This a new alternative… anything with coconut milk.

Looks refreshing. Does it have a pulpy texture?

    1. Jen

Hi Sarah, it does NOT have a pulpy texture at all! Completely creamy and smooth! Yummo!
