No-Bake Vegan Cookie Dough

Did you love eating raw cookie dough when you were a kid?  I sure did!  My mom was always whipping up delicious baked goods in our home.  My mom tended to over-bake her cookies because she likes a crunchy texture whereas my hubby and I like our cookies and brownies a bit doughy or raw.

This No-Bake Vegan Cookie Dough whips up quick for a rich decadent treat for yourself or kiddos.  Who doesn’t love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate?  Plus, no pans to clean up afterwards!

This is definitely one I am going to try. As we speak I have polished off half a bag of Pillsbury frozen cookies that never made it to the oven. So much for discipline. I’ll post a review after I try this healthy version of cookie dough.

Haha! Who hasn’t been there with a tube of cookie dough hanging out of their mouth? I spent most of my childhood eating frozen raw cookie dough out of the freezer! Hope you enjoy the No-Bake Vegan Cookie Dough!

I’m sensitive to peanut butter. What can I substitute?

    1. Jen

You can use almond butter, tahini, sunflower butter or any other nut butter. I would suggest using a combination to provide the best flavor profile. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!
