Coconut Flour Bread with Coconut Honey Butter

I recently made this coconut flour bread and brought it to a women’s retreat and Easter and it was a hit!  You will love it regardless whether you are Paleo, vegetarian or omnivore!

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 2 Tbsp. raw local honey

  • 1 Tbsp. molasses

  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

  • 3/4 cup coconut flour

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a spoon until smooth.

  • Pour into a glass bread pan coated generously with coconut oil.

  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes.

  • Upon removing from oven, let it cool for at least an hour on a cookie drying rack so air can circulate around the baking dish.  Carefully edge the corners with a butter knife to remove the loaf from the pan.  Serve with coconut honey butter.

  • Store in a resealable container at room temperature.

Dumb question here…where do you find molasses and can you substitute anything else for it? I want to make it this weekend! Looks soooo good!!

    1. Jen

Hi Keri! You can find molasses at your regular grocer. No such thing as a dumb question ~ glad you asked because somebody else may have been wondering too. Molasses is deep, dark and rich ~ loaded with vitamins! It is also a secret in some of my smoothie recipes! 🙂
