Creamy Dreamy Dressing

This is one of my all-time favorite salad dressings.  It is a raw, whole food, plant-based dressing that tastes out of this world!  No more measuring 2 tablespoons of your fat-free bottled dressing which is filled with un-nourishing and difficult to digest ingredients you can barely pronounce.  This dressing can also be used as a dip for a veggie platter.  Go on…give it a try.  You’ll never look back at those pre-packaged dressings again!

One of the biggest paradigm shifts for me was embracing a food lifestyle that wasn’t based on counting calories, carbohydrates, fat, etc.  That was until I looked on the bright side and realized it is one of the greatest benefits of a whole foods, plant-based diet.  Eat whatever amounts until you’re full.  The “full” signal is much clearer for me now as well.  Beforehand, I wouldn’t realize I overate until it was too late and I felt miserable.
