Thanks to Chocolate Covered Katie, I have a black bean brownie recipe that I love. If you haven’t stopped by Katie’s site you must do so immediately. She is an absolute genius when it comes to eating outside the box. I have been a fan of hers for years and you will love her too!
So back to the brownies. I made a batch of these and brought them to a family reunion a few weekends ago. They were an absolute hit! The beauty of this recipe is that you can make it as rich or light as you prefer by adjusting the cocoa powder, maple syrup and chocolate chips. Now these are some treats you can feel good about serving to your loved ones! Bon appetit!
P.S. These freeze very well. They taste awesome straight out of the freezer or you can thaw on the counter top 5-10 minutes before serving.
Question:
What is your favorite ingredient to bake with?
